Jes is the District Manager for the Spartanburg County Soil & Water Conservation District. She received a B.S. degree in Environmental Studies from Elon University. Jes can mentor projects on recycling and waste reduction, storm water management and water quality, composting, and wildlife habitats and is excited to be able to work with the Green Steps program!
